The project DUS:DLR was launched as part of the project 'Implementation of the EU Services Directive'.
Even if the EU Services Directive focuses primarily on the target group companies, the efforts for its realisation also have great benefit potential for citizens too. The same techniques can be used for the handling of applications and processes in all life situations.
People without access to Internet services also benefit from this: as a result of their location-dependent usability, citizens can also be given an understanding of the new processes via service centres and info terminals.
